At Youghal Credit Union, we collect personal data from you including your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, PPSN, proof of ID, proof of address, account number, and any other information provided by you when availing of additional services offered by our Credit Union. The information we collect is collected at the following stages:

  • Registration to use our online Credit Union services;
  • Interacting with us for account administration, financial services or products related to your account at the teller counter or through other communications channels such as online, mail or over the phone;
  • Application for additional services or products such as loan applications or insurance;

We collect and process your information legitimately through the use of consent for the creation of your membership with us and other additional services offered. We rely on performing our duties under contract in administering your account and other associated services listed above.
